When you join our waitlist, we may collect your email address, age range, postcode, coworking interest and any comments you choose to provide. We may also receive information you send us directly by email or through Instagram.

We use this information to manage the waitlist, send opening news and Stronghold updates, understand community interest, plan our services and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers and overseas storage

Our waitlist is hosted by Tally, which processes form responses on our behalf and states that form data is stored in the European Union. Marketing and unsubscribing

By joining the waitlist, you ask us to send you opening news and Stronghold updates by email. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us. We will action unsubscribe requests as required by Australian law.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
